Privacy & data access
How we handle your data — and, importantly, when our team can access your workspace. Last updated 2026-06-05.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email, organization, and role.
- Workspace content — the automations, workflows, test cases, data sets, and run history you create.
- Operational data — logs, agent status, and metrics needed to run and support the service.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the service — and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data.
Operator & support access — read this
We believe in being direct about this. To operate the platform and help you when you ask, authorized TITA Automation personnel can access workspace data (including your automations and run history). Specifically:
- Access is limited to authorized operator accounts — not available to other customers or the general public.
- We access workspace content only for legitimate reasons: providing support you request, troubleshooting, maintaining security, and meeting legal obligations.
- Operator access to a workspace is recorded in an internal audit trail for accountability.
- We do not use your private workspace content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
If your organization needs stricter controls (for example, access only with your explicit, per-incident approval), contact us at support@titaautomation.com — we can discuss arrangements for Enterprise plans.
Where your data is processed (subprocessors)
We rely on a small set of trusted providers, and your data may be processed by them as part of delivering the service:
- Amazon Web Services — application & database hosting.
- Netlify — hosting for this marketing website.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google Workspace — transactional email; and, if your organization enables single sign-on, your chosen identity provider authenticates your users.
- Anthropic — powers AI features (e.g. test generation, self-healing) when you use them.
Security
Traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS. The platform runs on access-controlled cloud infrastructure, and we keep regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data and limit who can reach it.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your workspace data by contacting support@titaautomation.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or billing purposes.

You can access and update your account information in the portal, and request export or deletion as above. For any privacy question, email support@titaautomation.com.
